Bouquet Buddies: Sort Puzzle ("the game") is made by an independent developer. This policy explains what happens with your data when you play.

What we collect

We collect nothing ourselves. The game has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. The only data that leaves your device is what Google's ad SDK collects when the game shows ads (see "Data collected by the ad SDK" below).

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. You may see a full-screen ad after you win a level and tap "next level": not before you have completed 5 levels, at most once every 3 completed levels and once every 2 minutes, never during play and never after a loss. You can also choose to watch an optional video to get free coins. If you have made a purchase in the game, the full-screen ads between levels stop; the optional video stays. There are no banner ads. If an ad cannot load or you are offline, the game simply continues.

Data collected by the ad SDK

Google's ad SDK (Google Mobile Ads) runs inside the game. When ads are requested or shown it may collect and send to Google:

• your IP address (an approximate location can be derived from it);
• your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allow tracking, on Android the Android advertising ID);
• how you interact with ads and the app (product interactions);
• diagnostic information: crash logs and performance data.

Google uses this data to serve and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud. It is sent encrypted. This means data is shared with a third party, Google. How Google uses data from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Consent and your choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other places where the law requires it, Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) is shown when you open the game and asks whether ads may use your data. On iPhone the game then shows Apple's tracking permission prompt (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, iOS does not give the game your advertising identifier. The game requests ads only after this step. If consent is required and not given, the game does not request ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

• In the game: where the law requires it, Settings shows "Ad privacy settings", which reopens the consent form.
• iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, switch tracking off for the game.
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID.

Uninstalling the game also stops all ad data collection from it.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress (levels, coins, garden, settings) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the game deletes this data.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by the store you installed the game from: Apple through the App Store on iPhone, Google through Google Play on Android. We never see or store your payment details. Apple handles purchases under its own privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Google handles purchases on Android under its own privacy policy.

Children

The game is not directed at children and is not in a kids category. Ads are limited to the G (general audiences) content rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.

Bouquet Buddies: Sort Puzzle («игра») сделана независимым разработчиком. Здесь описано, что происходит с вашими данными, когда вы играете.

Что мы собираем

Сами мы ничего не собираем. В игре нет аккаунтов, она не спрашивает имя, почту, контакты, фото и точное местоположение. С устройства уходят только данные, которые собирает рекламный SDK Google, когда игра показывает рекламу (см. ниже «Какие данные собирает рекламный SDK»).

Реклама (Google AdMob)

Игра бесплатная и показывает рекламу через Google AdMob. После победы на уровне и нажатия «Дальше» может показаться полноэкранная реклама: не раньше чем вы пройдёте 5 уровней, не чаще раза в 3 пройденных уровня и раза в 2 минуты, никогда во время игры и никогда после проигрыша. Ещё можно по желанию посмотреть ролик и получить бесплатные монеты. Если вы совершили покупку в игре, полноэкранная реклама между уровнями прекращается; ролик по желанию остаётся. Баннеров нет. Если реклама не загрузилась или нет сети, игра просто продолжается.

Какие данные собирает рекламный SDK

Рекламный SDK Google (Google Mobile Ads) работает внутри игры. Когда реклама запрашивается или показывается, он может собирать и отправлять Google:

• ваш IP-адрес (по нему можно определить примерное местоположение);
• рекламный идентификатор устройства (на iPhone только если вы разрешили отслеживание, на Android это рекламный ID Android);
• ваши взаимодействия с рекламой и приложением (product interactions);
• диагностику: журналы сбоев и данные о производительности.

Google использует эти данные, чтобы показывать рекламу и измерять её эффективность, для аналитики и защиты от мошенничества. Данные передаются в зашифрованном виде. Согласие и ваш выбор

В Европейской экономической зоне, Великобритании и других местах, где этого требует закон, при открытии игры показывается форма согласия Google (User Messaging Platform): в ней спрашивается, можно ли рекламе использовать ваши данные. На iPhone после неё игра показывает запрос Apple на отслеживание (App Tracking Transparency); если вы откажете, iOS не передаст игре ваш рекламный идентификатор. Рекламу игра запрашивает только после этого шага. Если согласие нужно, но не получено, игра не запрашивает рекламу. Изменить или отозвать выбор можно в любой момент:

• В игре: там, где этого требует закон, в настройках есть пункт «Настройки приватности рекламы» (Ad privacy settings), он снова открывает форму согласия.
• iPhone: Настройки > Конфиденциальность и безопасность > Отслеживание, выключите отслеживание для игры.
• Android: Настройки > Google > Реклама, там можно сбросить или удалить рекламный ID.

Удаление игры тоже прекращает сбор рекламных данных из неё.

Данные на вашем устройстве

Прогресс (уровни, монеты, сад, настройки) хранится только на вашем устройстве. Он не отправляется нам и никому другому. Удаление игры удаляет эти данные.

Покупки внутри игры

Покупки полностью обрабатывает магазин, из которого вы установили игру: Apple через App Store на iPhone, Google через Google Play на Android. Платёжные данные мы не видим и не храним. Apple обрабатывает покупки по своей политике конфиденциальности: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Google обрабатывает покупки на Android по своей политике конфиденциальности.

Дети

Игра не предназначена для детей и не относится к детской категории. Реклама ограничена рейтингом содержания G (для всех зрителей). Мы сознательно не собираем личную информацию о детях.

Изменения

Если политика изменится, новая версия будет опубликована по этому адресу с новой датой.

Bouquet Buddies: Sort Puzzle («el juego») lo crea un desarrollador independiente. Esta política explica qué ocurre con tus datos cuando juegas.

Qué recopilamos

Nosotros no recopilamos nada. El juego no tiene cuentas y no te pide el nombre, el correo, los contactos, las fotos ni la ubicación exacta. Los únicos datos que salen de tu dispositivo son los que recoge el SDK de anuncios de Google cuando el juego muestra anuncios (ver más abajo «Datos que recoge el SDK de anuncios»).

Publicidad (Google AdMob)

El juego es gratis y muestra anuncios a través de Google AdMob. Puede aparecer un anuncio a pantalla completa cuando ganas un nivel y pulsas «siguiente nivel»: no antes de haber completado 5 niveles, como máximo una vez cada 3 niveles completados y una vez cada 2 minutos, nunca durante la partida ni tras una derrota. También puedes elegir ver un vídeo opcional para conseguir monedas gratis. Si has hecho una compra en el juego, los anuncios a pantalla completa entre niveles se detienen; el vídeo opcional sigue disponible. No hay banners. Si un anuncio no se carga o no tienes conexión, el juego simplemente continúa.

Datos que recoge el SDK de anuncios

El SDK de anuncios de Google (Google Mobile Ads) funciona dentro del juego. Cuando se solicitan o se muestran anuncios, puede recoger y enviar a Google:

• tu dirección IP (de la que se puede deducir una ubicación aproximada);
• el identificador publicitario de tu dispositivo (en iPhone solo si permites el seguimiento; en Android, el ID de publicidad de Android);
• cómo interactúas con los anuncios y con la app (interacciones con el producto);
• información de diagnóstico: registros de fallos y datos de rendimiento.

Google usa estos datos para mostrar y medir anuncios, para analítica y para prevenir el fraude. Se envían cifrados. Esto significa que se comparten datos con un tercero, Google. Cómo usa Google los datos de las apps que utilizan sus servicios: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Consentimiento y tus opciones

En el Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido y otros lugares donde la ley lo exige, al abrir el juego se muestra el formulario de consentimiento de Google (User Messaging Platform), que pregunta si los anuncios pueden usar tus datos. En iPhone, el juego muestra después la solicitud de seguimiento de Apple (App Tracking Transparency); si la rechazas, iOS no entrega al juego tu identificador publicitario. El juego solicita anuncios solo después de este paso. Si el consentimiento es obligatorio y no se da, el juego no solicita anuncios. Puedes cambiar o retirar tu elección en cualquier momento:

• En el juego: donde la ley lo exige, Ajustes muestra «Ad privacy settings» (ajustes de privacidad de anuncios), que vuelve a abrir el formulario de consentimiento.
• iPhone: Ajustes > Privacidad y seguridad > Seguimiento; desactiva el seguimiento para el juego.
• Android: Ajustes > Google > Anuncios, donde puedes restablecer o eliminar tu ID de publicidad.

Desinstalar el juego también detiene toda recogida de datos publicitarios desde él.

Datos guardados en tu dispositivo

Tu progreso (niveles, monedas, jardín, ajustes) se guarda solo en tu dispositivo. No se envía a nosotros ni a nadie más. Al borrar el juego se borran estos datos.

Compras dentro de la app

Las compras las procesa por completo la tienda desde la que instalaste el juego: Apple a través de la App Store en iPhone y Google a través de Google Play en Android. Nunca vemos ni guardamos tus datos de pago. Apple gestiona las compras según su propia política de privacidad: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Google gestiona las compras en Android según su propia política de privacidad.

Niños

El juego no está dirigido a niños ni pertenece a una categoría infantil. Los anuncios se limitan a la clasificación de contenido G (público general). No recogemos conscientemente información personal de niños.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, la nueva versión se publicará en esta dirección con una fecha nueva.
